Appointments
Appointments can be made by calling our office during normal business hours 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at (214) 367-5555.
Prescription Refills
Requests for prescription refills are renewed during normal office hours. In some instances, we may require that the patient be seen in our office prior to the medication being refilled. Please contact the pharmacy and have the refill request faxed to our office at 214-367-5959. Please allow at least 24 hours for your request to be processed.
After Hours & Emergency Care
If you are experiencing a life threatening emergency, please call 911 or head to the nearest emergency room. For all other calls, you will be routed to our after-hours answering service where your call will be routed to the on-call physician.
Financial
All office visits are payable at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards and debit cards. Please contact our office should you have any financial questions or concerns.
